Frank is a founding member of the MSP Photography Group (Australia’s largest school photography franchise) and has photographed a large portion of the school students throughout the South East of South Australia and the Western Districts of Victoria for the past 25 years.

A licentiate is a person who has a formal attestation of professional competence, borne from experience, to not only practice a profession, but also to teach, educate and mentor others in the profession.
